How do I create a profile?
Start by selecting whether you’re creating a profile for an Investor Group or a Retailer:
Investor Group: Enter your Investor Group Name on the form. Use this same name for the "Business Name" field on the next screen to ensure easy tracking of all linked retailers.
Retailer: Enter both your Investor Group Name and Retailer Name on the form. Use your Retailer Name as the "Business Name" on the next screen.
Can I set up multiple retailers at once?
Currently, profiles must be created individually. However, Investor Groups can ensure consistency by using the same Investor Group Name across all Retailer profiles, which links their contributions to the correct parent profile.
What details do I need to provide?
To set up a profile, you’ll need:
Investor Group Name
Retailer Name (if applicable)
Valid email address
How are Investor Group and Retailer profiles connected?
Retailer profiles are linked to their parent Investor Group by using the same Investor Group Name during registration. This ensures contributions are correctly attributed.
What happens after I complete the form?
Once you’ve submitted your details:
You’ll set up a free Ecologi account.
An Ecologi Account Manager will contact you to guide you through the onboarding process.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with next steps.
What should I use for the "Business Name" field?
Investor Group: Use your Investor Group Name.
Retailer: Use your Retailer Name.
Can I update my profile after registration?
Yes, you can update your profile by contacting your Ecologi Account Manager, who will assist you with any changes.
