We are Ecologi Action Limited. We operate the website at www.ecologi.com ('Website') and on our Website we provide details of carbon credit projects that Ecologi has assessed, and which achieve a 'score' above a certain threshold.

In order to create the score for each project we assess, we consider data we have gathered from four leading carbon credit ratings agencies, as well as various other data providers. We also conduct our own technical analysis using Ecologi's experienced experts, and then, using all such data, complete extensive criteria-sets in each project assessment. These criteria-sets are specific to a type of project (by way of example, a forest protection/REDD+ project has a different criteria-set to a biochar project).

The outcome of our extensive analysis results in us producing for each project a score out of 100 using a proprietary formula we have built, which integrates categories of criteria for project quality and project risk, with the three cross-cutting pillars of Climate (greenhouse gas benefit), Nature (e.g. biodiversity benefit) and People (e.g. job creation, community benefit sharing). Criteria are weighted using a proprietary formula.

Projects which Ecologi has assessed to achieve a score (currently) of at least 80 / 100 overall are eligible for being supported through the Ecologi platform. We will therefore only publish details on the Website of projects that we have assessed which have achieved a score of 80+ out of 100. Accordingly, users of the Website ('Users') will know that published projects are eligible for funding based on its Ecologi score.

We can only publish a limited number of projects on our Website and so the score threshold we have chosen (which will result in project details appearing on our website is chosen) by Ecologi both to represent our opinion of which projects qualify, but also to ensure we publish a manageable selection of projects for our Users to consider. We reserve the right to change this score threshold at any time.

Please note we do not publish scores given to individual projects and the order in which projects are presented on the Website does not indicate any form of ranking.

The proprietary methodology that we use to assess projects is constantly under review and we may adapt and amend this methodology over time. We will re-assess projects from time to time, so projects that have been previously scored by Ecologi may, upon reassessment, achieve a different score and we therefore reserve the right to add or remove projects from the Website once reassessed. However, the Website will at any given time present only those projects that have been assessed by Ecologi and have a current score which meet or exceed the then-current threshold.

Users acknowledge that the score awarded to a particular project, and accordingly a project's appearance or absence from the Website, are created according to the proprietary formula applied by Ecologi, but such scores are still based on the opinion of Ecologi. Accordingly, the selection or not of a project for publication as an 'eligible' project by Ecologi is a statement of opinion of the impact of a project at the time it was assessed by Ecologi.

USERS' ATTENTION IS PARTICULARLY DRAWN TO THE FOLLOWING:

Ecologi has and shall continue to take all reasonable steps to provide a helpful and independent assessment of projects, using personnel who have appropriate skills and expertise, and using a range of relevant datasets to provide information that is useful to Users. We take care to use information from what we consider to be reliable sources, but Ecologi is not able to verify all data used in assessing projects.

Accordingly, Users understand and acknowledge that the information regarding projects on the Website is provided for information only and does not constitute any warranty or representation of any kind, whether express or implied, by Ecologi or any of our staff, regarding the accuracy or completeness of information provided on the Website nor the suitability or fitness for purpose of any project.

Users of the Website specifically further understand and acknowledge that:

• No information displayed on the Website is targeted at or takes into account the personal objectives, risk profiles or other circumstances of any User; or

• Whether or not a project is presented on the Website is not a statement of fact and should not be taken as a recommendation or criticism of a project, or an indication that any project is or is not worthy of funding;

• A project that does not appear on the Website may not have been assessed by Ecologi;

• Ecologi's information regarding projects on the Website, and the fact a project has been so presented does not constitute financial advice regarding investment into a project, and does not constitute any endorsement or lack of endorsement by Ecologi, or its staff members;

• The information displayed on the Website (and the presence of a project on the Website) does not constitute or suggest any other risk or assessment, indication of market value risk or price fluctuations;

• The information presented about projects should not be used to, provide advice or recommendations, or influence any decision in respect of, any specified investment (as that term is defined in The Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Regulated Activities) Order 2001); and

• The decision as to whether or not to fund a particular project is a decision for the User and at the User's own risk, taking into account the User's own objectives, circumstances and risk profile, and using the User's own skill, judgment and experience.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability to you for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation and where it would otherwise be unlawful to do so.

Subject to the foregoing, in no event shall Ecologi or its affiliates, officers or personnel be liable to any User or any other person for any direct, indirect, incidental, compensatory, punitive, exemplary, special or consequential damages, costs, anticipated savings, expenses, legal fees, or losses (including, without limitation, lost income or lost profits and opportunity costs or losses caused by negligence and even if advised of the possibility of such loss or damage) in connection with any use of the information provided on the website relating to eligible projects.
